Who Are the Nations That Will Be Reigned Over in the Millennium?

They are the mortal “sheep” who survive the tribulation and are allowed to enter the Kingdom when Jesus returns. Christ and His Bride (the first‑resurrection saints) rule over these nations for a thousand years. They are not the glorified Bride; they are the subjects of the Kingdom—the saved of the nations who come through to live, marry, and multiply under the King.

- Revelation 20:4-6: The overcomers “lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.” These are the rulers, not the ruled.
- Revelation 2:26-27; 5:10: He gives His overcomers “power over the nations,” and makes them “kings and priests” to reign on the earth—so there must be nations to reign over.
- Zechariah 14:16-19: “Every one that is left of all the nations” that fought against Jerusalem will go up year by year to worship the King. Those who refuse have no rain. That shows surviving, natural nations under enforced righteousness.
- Isaiah 11:6-9; 65:20-25: Millennial conditions of peace and long life on earth. “The child shall die an hundred years old” shows mortality remains for the subjects, while the rulers are immortal.
- Revelation 20:7-9: At the end of the thousand years, when Satan is loosed, he deceives “the nations” again—proof that multitudes of mortals were living under the Kingdom rule throughout the Millennium.

- You can’t reign as kings and priests without subjects. The Bride reigns; the nations are the subjects.
- Righteousness is enforced (rod of iron), worship is required (Zech 14), and at the end the loosed enemy proves that many lived under rule who had not been born‑again.
