Why Do Some People Receive Miracles While Others Do Not?

Some people receive miracles because God, who is sovereign, confirms His Word in His own time where faith meets promise. Others do not because unbelief blocks the channel, sin and wrong motives hinder prayer, or God appoints a trial for a higher purpose and timing. Miracles are signs, not the seal. - If miracles were the proof of being right with God, Paul, Timothy, and Elisha would stand as contradictions. They don’t. They prove God governs both the miracle and the furnace.
